Australia Resorts to Guilt and Threats Against Indonesia, Attempting to Spare Bali Nine Members From Execution.

For several weeks now the Australian government and media have constantly barraged headlines with opposition to the execution of two members of the Bali Nine, a group of convicted drug smugglers. Myuran Sukumaran and Andrew Chan. The two were a part of nine people convicted of planning to smuggle 8.3 kg of heroin valued at about $4 million from Indonesia to Australia. Citing support for human rights (of which Australia really has nothing to be proud of), the Prime Minister and multiple politicians have now attempted to remind the Indonesian government of the aid that Australians provided during the aftermath…

Sydney Hostage Crisis Ends: The Event That Was a Convenience to the Australian Government?

With the 2014 Sydney Hostage Crisis over, leaving two hostages and the gunman dead, many questions are being raised – most, as should be expected, based on hysteria and shocked reactions against the Muslim community and the fact that “terrorism has arrived in Australia”. The gunman has been identified as Man Haron Monis. Police have yet to find connections between Haron and any international terrorist organisations. The incident has certainly shaped what was already a dark opinion on the Muslims in Australia, with many conservative politicians and ignorant residents firing out that this crisis would easily have been avoided if…

`MH17 Shot Down by Ukraine, Mistaken for Putin`s Plane`

MH17 Boeing 777 Plane Crash, Ukraine (Jul 2014) (25)

According to new reports, Malaysia Airlines MH17 was “accidentally shot down” by the Ukrainian air force in the hope that it was Vladimir Putin’s plane which was set to follow the same flight path. The reports stated that the Ukrainian air force Su-25 jet fighter was to shot down Putin’s official aircraft “Plane Number One”. Plane Number One’s was scheduled to fly over the rebel-controlled area on the day of the attack. It is alleged that the plane has an identical silhouette with the Boeing plane that was shot down. The military jet ended up downing the Malaysia Airlines flight…

Oh It’s September 11th Again: Let’s Bathe in Defeat Some More

On the eleventh of September every year as it approaches and fades, we are yet again exposed to the reminder and the bitching and moaning related to the debate over what some (mostly patriotic Americans) consider the most significant attack of all time. Whether you fall into the group that believe radical terrorists hijacked and flew the planes into the buildings or you believe in one of the several conspiracies that suggest the attacks were part of a carefully orchestrated plan to create a war for gain – whether for power, resource or other – there’s no denying that 9/11…

Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) Group Claim to Have Killed 1700; Publishes Photographic Evidence

The extremist militant group the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) claims to have massacred 1,700 Iraqi servicemen in a mass execution in the north of Iraq. The Sunni extremists posted photos of the alleged massacre to social media and jihadist websites. The photos have yet to be verified, but, if confirmed, the massacre would be the single largest atrocity in the country in several years. Understandably, there are many who are calling out the United States as using the situation to justify further military action after the government condemned the photos with the description that they are “a…

What’s Behind the West and Their Anti-Russia Rhetoric Over Crimea? Oil, Power and Greed.

The mainstream Western Media has given us months of Russia-phobic coverage ever since the Ukrainian riots began and the issue with Crimea following. With the referendum out of the way – where 97% voted for Crimea to join the Russian Federation – the constant discrediting of Russia, Putin and its non-conforming ideologies have confused and brainwashed many. On the 18th of March, 2014, the Kremlin in Russia confirmed that Crimea is now part of the Russian Federation. Ukraine’s government, the European Union, and the USA (with their allies) have disagreed with…

US Threatens Russia With "a Very Serious Series of Steps"

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has threatened "a very serious series of steps" against Russia with the European Union in response to Crimea’s vote on Sunday to break away from Ukraine.   During a state panel hearing, Kerry said: "If there is no sign of any capacity to be able to move forward and resolve this issue, there will be a very serious series of steps on Monday in Europe and here with respect the options that are available to us," "Now our choice is not to be put in the position of having to do that," he added….

Russia, Crimea, Ukraine and the United States of America: Here’s What’s Going On.

Crimea’s parliament has voted to join Russia in a dramatic escalation of the crisis over the Ukrainian region that has drawn serious condemnation from the US, UK and other Western countries with their interests. The US has now ordered sanctions on those responsible for Moscow’s military intervention in Ukraine, including bans on travel to the United States and freezing of their U.S. assets. Here’s what we know has happened so far in the Ukraine-Russia-US debacle: Crimea’s parliament has voted to join Russia in a dramatic escalation of the crisis over the Ukrainian region that has drawn serious condemnation from the…

No Easy End in Sight for Ukraine’s Unrest Amid Mass-Protests.

Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians first took to the streets of Kiev after President Viktor Yanukovych abandoned signing a free-trade deal with the European Union, killing the hopes of a vast majority of the population who wish to see Ukraine become a member of the European Union. The movement has since widened into broader protests against the alleged corruption in the Yanukovych government. Russia has offered Ukraine $20bn in cheaper gas and other benefits, whilst the Europeans have been trying to sell the idea of Ukrainian membership of the EU as being of long-term benefit to the country. A new…
